With the support of the ACBA Federation, the KANACH ARAHET NGO successfully conducted the second edition of the high-value crop cultivation course at the Hovk Green Training Center on June 18-19, 2022. This course, initiated by the ACBA Federation, specifically targets young farmers who are clients of the bank. The ACBA Federation prioritizes the ongoing organization of educational events dedicated to empowering and enlightening young farmers.

Over the course of two full days, the farmers were introduced to sustainable practices in cultivating high-value crops, along with the utilization of organic and safe pest control technologies. They received comprehensive guidance on land preparation, sowing techniques, vegetation care, harvesting, and post-harvest operations. Additionally, the training sessions facilitated knowledge sharing among the farmers, and engaging team games were organized. The farmers highly praised the well-organized training program, expressing their satisfaction with its implementation. Furthermore, fruitful discussions took place among the farmers regarding potential future collaborations and partnerships.

The training was organized for the clients of Tavush and Lori marzes.
