

Continuing the activities of previous years, ACBA FEDERATION began the process of conducting training courses for farmers since February 2025.
COURSE - SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE - HIGH-VALUE CROPS
The already long-standing cooperation with the Green Lane NGO has gained new momentum this year. The courses conducted by Nune Sarukhanyan, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, at the Dzoraghbyur Green Training Center not only provide participants with new knowledge, but also change stereotypes, help to develop new approaches and treat agriculture not only from the perspective of business, but also from the perspective of Sustainable Agriculture, that is, taking care of the soil, the environment, as well as people's health. In March and April, 4 courses were conducted with young farmers from Ararat, Armavir, Aragatsotn and Kotayk regions. The courses also contribute to the expansion of networking not only within regions, but also between regions.

COURSE - INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN BEEKEEPING
This course is conducted by the "Beekeeping Forge" Scientific and Educational Center, with which we started cooperation this year. The founder-director of the company and trainer Tigran Sedrakyan not only presents innovative technologies and methods, but also gives participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge in queen bee breeding, effective disease control and other areas.
At the moment, two courses have been conducted with the participation of beekeepers from Kotayk, Syunik, Tavush and Armavir.

COURSE-BREEDING OF SHEEP
We have also started this direction of courses this year. We cooperate with the KT-AGRO company, the teaching staff (T. Chitchyan, K. Karapetyan, Z. Pambukhchyan) presents the characteristics of the main breeds of sheep breeding in the Republic of Armenia to the participants /productivity, behavior, etc./, as well as talks in detail about the peculiarities of new breeds imported to the Republic of Armenia, the possibilities of their breeding in Armenian conditions and effective organization methods. In February and April, 3 courses were held for farmers from all 10 regions of Armenia.
